We provide a range of services for domestic and commercial customers.

 

Domestic equipment:

While we operate as a Rocket & Expobar dealership, we also have experience repairing and servicing a wide range of domestic equipment including ECM (original Giotto & Cellini's), Rocket (Premium Plus, Evoluzione & R58), Expobar (Office Leva - dual boiler & HX versions), Izzo (Alex Duetto), Rancilio (Silvia), Quickmill, Gaggia (Classic, Cubika & Baby etc) & La Spaziale (S1 Vivaldi & S1 Vivaldi Mini).

We can provide most domestic machine parts, whether it be front end service components such as new shower screens or group seals, alongside more specialist parts such as PID's or pressure gauge replacements. We hold many common parts in stock, but can also source most parts through one of our many parts suppliers.

All of our domestic espresso machines and grinders are covered by a 1 year 'back to base' warranty (see T&Cs for more information on warranties). This means that if there is any kind of fault with the machine whilst under warranty - just ship it back to us and we will undertake the repair - parts and labour included. Once your warranty has finished, we will provide you with a quote for any repairs or maintenance you need.
